hey my fellow practitioner's been awhile.Just dropped in to update my page.
all i want to post is that our school is no longer call the TRIBE.We are now a GRACIE BARRA TEAM.
I am so excited to be part of the biggest organization in the world.I now have more brothers and sisters

any bjj practioners here in federal way wa.
Just want to know if there r ne bjj practioners in federal way wa. who wants to roll so we can learn of each other and make each othe better. you could come and join our class in federal way.The gyms name is International Martial Arts www.tkd-bjj.com.Good class Good people Great Master coach Kevin Smith and Jeremy Sand.

The school that I go to is Progressive Jiu-jitsu. The name of my instuructor is Matt Roberts. I havn’t gone in awhile cause bad times with money. Is vale tudo call free fighter. That means no rules right. Or what is vale tudo,
